Number of Sales by Price Range in Haywood County for the Last Three Months:

As of May 8th, 2014, there were 1026 Haywood County homes listed in the Multiple Listing Service, up only .01% from one year ago. In the past 6 months, 326 homes have sold compared to 319 at this time last year, which is an increase of only 2% in closed sales volume. However, there are currently 95 homes pending, which is up from 81 at this time last year.

The average home sales price is up to to $181,143, almost 5% higher than last year. Average days on market for closed sales is now 268, which is down from 278 last year. And, the ratio of list price to sales price is now at 92.7% as compared to $91.8% one year ago.

As of July 3, 2013 there are 1080 Haywood County homes listed in the Multiple Listing Service, down 11% from one year ago. In the past 6 months, 328 homes have sold compared to 292 at this time last year, which is an increase of 12% in closed sales volume. However, there are currently 14 homes pending, which is down from 62 at this time last year.

The average home sales price is also slightly down, from $176,052 in 2012 to $173,296 today. A positive change is that the average days on market for closed sales is now 234, which is down 14% from last year. And, the ratio of list price to sales price is up slightly, now at 93% as compared to $91.4%.
